Instructions for 3-30 to 4-2 Work on your paper. Ignore Impromptu and grammar. We will continue those when we get together again. Make sure you take a look at the sample MLA style paper that I posted on GC. Ignore grammar. Share rough draft with me on Google Docs. Imagine three interesting characters and a setting that would be appropriate for them. On GC, post your setting and character sketches. I should have your rough draft back to you today. Start working on the revision. Make sure you balance the workload fairly. Remember that mood is the overall emotion of a story, and tone is the author's attitude toward it (serious, humorous, formal, informal, sarcastic, etc.) Post this on GC. Try writing one scene using the characters and setting you have created. Post it on GC.
I will post the Hobbit test today. It will be due by next Tue.
